If a particular species (exact same species and same race) of a flightless and sedentary animal (one which appeared on Earth after Pangea broke apart) was found today in - say - similar habitats in both California and part of Australia but absolutely nowhere else on Earth (with no similar or identical fossil evidence found anywhere else on the planet) would that (assuming it has not already happened) undermine or even falsify evolutionary theory?
Something I considered during a two week hospital stay, having treatment for pressure sores.
If so, YECs presumably would say some travelled to the US and some to the southern hemisphere post-flood - all the way from Ararat.
